Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila translates his experiences from a record-setting NFL career into a passion for helping leaders break through barriers and accelerate positive change. He brings a contagious and inspiring enthusiasm to the InitiativeOne team.
Kabeer’s business leadership experience began more than 20 years ago. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident at an early age. With the help of teachers and classmates at his California high school, he founded “Food From the Hood.” His work landed him on the cover of Newsweek.
Kabeer played for the Green Bay Packers for nine seasons and was inducted in the Packers Hall of Fame in 2013. Among his Pro Bowl career highlights as a player, Kabeer broke the Green Bay Packers sack record held by Reggie White with 69 sacks. Since retiring from the NFL, Kabeer has worked as a wealth advisor specializing in investment and estate issues.
Now as Vice President of Sports Leadership at InitiativeOne, Kabeer will bring a “Playbook” for successful leadership transformation to Professional and University Athletics.
